COMPETITVE SALARY
- Salary: Commensurate with the job position and capacity. Salary tier is derermined based on the complexity and importance of each position in relation to other positions in the Group.
- Salary increase: Annually based on the needs, nature of work, operation situation, business management of the Group and the level of work completion of employees. In addition, employees with excellent achievements and positive contributions can be raised by the Group ahead of time.
- Bonus payment: Conducting quarterly bonus for business staff and annual bonus for all employees of the Group. Regulations on reward, criteria for consideration and reward levels will be specified annually on the basis of the results of management and business activities of the Group, Departments / Units and the level of job completion of the Group, each employee.”
